Privacy notice for the Soultor website and waitlist
Last updated October 26, 2026. In short: we only collect your email (and your first name, if you choose to give it) so we can tell you when Soultor launches. We don't sell it, and you can have it deleted at any time.
This notice covers the soultor.com website and its waitlist only. The Soultor app is not available yet. It will have its own privacy policy, published before it launches.
Who we are
Soultor is run by Soultor LLC, a Florida limited liability company. For anything about your data, email us at hello@soultor.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- your email address;
- your first name, only if you type one in (it's optional);
- your confirmation that you are 18 or older;
- where you signed up (this website) and the date and time you joined.
That's all. The waitlist does not ask about your beliefs, your health, or anything else.
What we don't collect
- No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no tracking cookies.
- No third-party fonts or embeds. Everything on this site loads from soultor.com.
- The site remembers on your own device whether you've already seen the opening animation, so it doesn't play every time. That note stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
Like every website, our web host processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use it to identify you or build a profile.
Why we use it
We use your email only to tell you about Soultor's launch and the waitlist. If you gave your first name, we use it to greet you in those emails. We won't use your email for anything else, and every email will tell you how to unsubscribe.
Who processes it
The waitlist is stored with Supabase, the database service we use. Supabase stores the data on our behalf, keeps it encrypted in transit and at rest, and processes it only to provide its service to us.
We don't sell, rent or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. We would only disclose it if the law required us to. If we start using another service to send waitlist emails, we'll share your email with it only for that purpose and update this notice.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the launch, whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Delete: email hello@soultor.com from the address you signed up with and ask to be removed. We'll delete your details from the waitlist and confirm by email.
- See or correct: email us the same way to get a copy of what we hold or to fix it.
- Unsubscribe: use the link in any email we send, or just reply and ask.
Adults only
Soultor is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 joined the waitlist, we delete their details.
Security
Access to the waitlist is limited to the people who run Soultor. The website can add new signups but cannot read, change or delete the list.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell you by email first.
